Kit is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days from date
of purchase. If you find that SmokeRx ®
isn't the best product on the market today to help you in
your goal of becoming smoke free, simply return the unused
portion and/or empty bottles for a full refund less shipping
and handling charges. All orders placed during any free
shipping promotion will be refunded less our regular shipping
and handling costs as posted on the web-site. Please enclose
your written refund request along with a copy of your merchandise
receipt (or e-mail order receipt)to assure proper credit
to your account. Any returns received that are not
within the manufacturers product guarantee period of 30
days will not be acknowledged and no refund will be issued.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
If you are unsure as to whether you are
within your manufacturers guarantee period, please check
the date on your purchase receipt, the date of the charge
on your credit card statement or the postmark on your package.
You may use whichever date is latest as your start date.
Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of
your guarantee start date to be eligible for a refund. No
return authorization is required.
If you placed your order during
a Free USPS Priority Shipping special, your account will
be credited less regular shipping and handling fee of
$9.99. This is posted on every page of our web site during
these specials.

address specified on your invoice/receipt
Your return
MUST be shipped via U.S. Postal Service ONLY (we cannot
accept packages shipped by UPS or FedEx. If you use
one of these services your package will be returned
to you and you will be responsible for any reshipping
fees)
